Gilded Light.  Gold Leaf and light.  This alternative photographic process uses glass and gilding materials together to magically create a photograph that is a scintillating, shimmering piece of interpretative art; a piece that catches light.  

Different elements like Silver and Copper are utilized as well.  In some images I have used gold and silver together to emphasize the realism in the pieces.  Gilded Light makes me wildly happy!

The works you see can be created in many sizes.  The frames are also an integral part of the finished concept.  So if you have a specific size for your decor, feel free to reach out to me for custom commissions.

Photography is the art of capturing light on a sensitive material.  What I see before I press the shutter is the result of over 40 years as a professional and fine art photographer.
