Oil Painter

My artistic journey is all about trying to describe the beauty I see in everyday life with paint, brushstrokes and canvas. Whether its striving to capture the light in a landscape, the beautiful colors in a still life, or the pure delight of a child running on the beach, my hope is to connect with the viewer on an emotional level. I work primarily in oils in a “painterly” loose style. I continue to take workshops and classes to further my skills and to be inspired by other artists. I am grateful every day that I get to do what I love in such a beautiful place like Encinitas.
